Citrus Family Care Network subcontracts with four Full Case Management Agencies (FCMAs). FCMAs provide protective supervision and coordination of services for children referred by the Florida Abuse Hotline and Child Protective Investigators. Services may be provided in the family’s home, or in out-of-home placements with relatives, non-relatives, or in licensed foster homes, as appropriate. Case Managers conduct ongoing assessments and monitoring to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the children they serve.
