Our Vision.

Our History.

Citrus Health Network, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) community mental health center that was established in 1979. The organization was founded to provide mental health services to individuals and their families who are struggling with mental illness. Over the years, Citrus has expanded its services to include mental and behavioral health services for both adults and children. Today, Citrus is one of the largest providers of mental and behavioral health care in South Florida.

In 2004, Citrus was granted a Section 330 (e) grant from the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), which allowed it to become a Federally Qualified Health Center. Since then, Citrus has expanded its services even further, offering primary health care services in addition to behavioral health services. The organization takes a holistic approach to health care, treating the whole person and promoting total wellness. By integrating behavioral health services with primary care and coordinating care across a broad range of health services and community-based programs, Citrus provides comprehensive care to its clients.
